PixelOver is a program designed to help users turn their images into full-blown pixel art, there are many ways to make the process more accessible thanks to many functions housed in an intuitive interface its. The software can create an index based on your photos or you can make your own. You can adjust the result produced by adjusting the palette size, thus increasing pixel clarity. Combine that with some color schemes and you'll have some pixel art that you can call your own.
There are many other features: you can add masks to make pixels more thorough, use resampling algorithms to tweak the look of pixels, add some water and shockwave effects to make things drift flow and animate them all.
