OutlookStatView is small software that can scan your Outlook mailbox and display statistics about the users you communicate with them via email. For each user/email, the accompanying information will be displayed: The number of outgoing messages you send to that user (separated by to/cc/bcc), the number of incoming messages that user sends to you, the total number of messages sent by that person, the email client software used by this user, and the length of time you send or receive email from the user.
After running OutlookStatView, the 'MailBox Scan Options' window will be displayed. This window allows you to choose to scan only certain dates in the mailbox. For example, if you want to get statistics for January 2010 only, you need to select the date from 01/01/2010 and up to 01/02/2010.
After selecting “Ok” in the options window, OutlookStatView is available on aiiguide.com will scan your mailbox then display statistics on email actions. Be aware that the scan can take a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the size of your mailbox and your computer's hardware.
